Can the products be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
With the exception of Manosar, the food supplements available on the website are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Similarly, it is recommended to review the product information sheets and consult a healthcare professional before consumption during these stages.

What happens if I forget to take the supplement one day?
To ensure that our food supplements
perform their functions, it is important that they are taken regularly according to the instructions written on each one.
If you forget to take the supplement one day, do not take an extra dose the next day.
Depending on how long you have been taking it, you may notice a greater or lesser reduction in effects (the more days you take it, the less impact not taking it one day will have).
How are supplements formulated?
All our food supplements are carefully formulated based on European regulations and according to the instructions of the laboratory's medical team to ensure their bioavailability and absorption, with the aim of generating the appropriate effect in the body.
In which country are our food supplements manufactured?
Our food supplements are manufactured in our laboratory located in Marchamalo (Guadalajara), Spain.
They are of Spanish manufacture.
Can I still take the supplement if it's been open for a while?
If the box has been opened, as long as it's within the expiration date, there's no problem in taking it.
If the stick has been opened and not consumed for a week, then it's preferable not to take it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be delivered to the customer within 48/72 hours.
The maximum delivery time is five working days for mainland destinations and seven working days for the Balearic Islands, calculated from the date of payment.
During holiday periods (summer and Christmas), this period may be extended up to fifteen working days.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?
Shipments of products purchased through this portal will only be made within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, via a courier company. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not currently available.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay or via the PAYPAL Platform.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the products to return them if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order.
All returned products must be in perfect condition; otherwise, the item may suffer depreciation if not returned in its original packaging.
In the case of food supplements, whose packaging is sealed for health protection reasons, they should be returned with the seal intact.
